Dwayne is the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He is also a member of Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is, besides being pastor, is committed to educating the younger generation. He is a Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
