Nadia and Carol
Nadia Comaneci - (born on 12 November 1961 Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej or now Onesti, Romania), Romanian gymnast. The first person in history to achieve a score of 10 in a competition at the Olympics. Bela Karrolyi, the Romanian gymnastics instructor who later became her coach later in life she discovered her when she was six. In 1969, she competed at the Romanian Junior Championships where she placed 13th. She was awarded the championship in 1970. In 1972, at an event for communist-controlled countries' juniors before the Olympics, she won 3 gold and silver medals. In 1973 and '74 she was the all-around junior champ. The athlete won four golds and one silver in her first international competition for seniors that took place in 1975. It was the first time she competed as an adult. She became the first female to complete the reverse double salo of the uneven parallel bar in the event she won American Cup, New York City 1976. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. Carol Wayne's journey to the world of entertainment began when she was a teenager. Along with her sister Nina Wayne, she joined traveling entertainment shows known as Ice Capades. Carol Marie Wayne, born in Chicago Illinois US on 6 September 1942. Carol began her journey into the entertainment industry in her teens. Her career began by joining her sister Nina Wayne to perform in Ice Capades, a traveling show of entertainment. The show featured stage-moving ice-skating shows.
